Your coverage is provided through Sun Life which offers you an extensive network of dental providers. Remember, using an in-network Sun Life dentist can save you money. If you use an out-of-network dentist, you can be balanced billed by your provider.
To find a dentist, review your benefits, download or print your ID card and much more, go to www.sunlife.com. Please note Sun Life does not mail ID cards so you can register on the website to print a temporary ID card for you and any enrolled dependents. The ID card will have employee name only, even for dependents. This flyer includes information about initially using your dental benefits and here is a temporary ID card that is generic for anyone enrolled as well.
